Job Details

Responsibilities :

As a Family Law Attorney, your key responsibilities will include :

1. Representing clients in all aspects of family law proceedings, including but not limited to, divorce, child custody, domestic abuse, and alimony cases.

2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, such as prenuptial agreements, divorce papers, custody agreements, and protective orders.

3. Conducting thorough case investigations to uncover valuable information and evidence.

4. Providing compassionate and effective legal counsel to clients facing difficult personal and legal challenges.

5. Participating in court hearings and trials, presenting evidence, and making compelling arguments on behalf of clients.

6. Collaborating with other members of our legal team to develop effective strategies and solutions for complex family law cases.

7. Staying updated on current trends and developments in family law to provide the most accurate and effective legal advice.

Qualifications :

The successful candidate for this role will have :

1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

2. A current license to practice law in the Washington State.

3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in family law

4. Proven experience in handling sensitive cases with compassion and discretion.

5. Exceptional negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

6. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients in difficult situations.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

8. A strong ethical compass, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional responsibility and confidentiality.
