Description
Damage Field Investigator
Job SummaryProject Resources Group (PRG) is seeking a knowledgeable and driven professional to join our team as a Power & Gas Damage Field Investigator in the Raleigh, NC area. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, well-organized, and eager to work independently in a hands-on, investigative capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrive on-site for underground and aerial power and gas utility investigations.
- Conduct interviews at damage sites with contractors, technicians, witnesses, police, homeowners, etc.
- Photograph and process the damaged scene to accurately portray and determine liability.
- Take precautions always to utilize safety protocols.
- Understand and utilize State Dig Laws and Statutes, excavator requirements, and NESC standards.
- Develop a professional working relationship with the client, their contractors, technicians, management team, and other personnel.
- Assist the Claims Recovery team post-investigation.
- Other related duties as assigned.
