Location : Remote in CA

We’re partnering with a mid-sized law firm that represents insurance companies in various legal matters, including auto, homeowners, life, professional liability, and construction insurance . If you’re passionate about litigation and seeking a collaborative, innovative environment, this could be your next opportunity!

Key Responsibilities :

Handle all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial preparation, including depositions and motion practice.
Analyze legal issues and prepare legal documents such as motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses .
Maintain client relationships by providing legal guidance and counseling on potential risks and defense strategies.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in California.

2+ years of experience in insurance defense

Base Salary Range : $155,000 - $220,000 / annually
