Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is representing a respected law firm in their search for a skilled Insurance Defense Attorney . This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging cases, collaborate with a dynamic team, and contribute to the firm’s success in providing exceptional legal representation to its clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
Provide strategic legal advice and analysis to insurance company clients.
Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including memoranda, briefs, and motions.
Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and court proceedings.
Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses to develop case strategies.
Ensure compliance with client guidelines and maintain detailed case records.
Participate in settlement negotiations and recommend effective resolutions.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in [Insert State].

Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance defense litigation.

Strong knowledge of state and federal civil procedure.

Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Trial experience is preferred but not required.
