A company is looking for an Insurance Representative I.
Key Responsibilities
Process and resubmit claims in assigned work queues while meeting weekly productivity goals
Interact with clinic managers and providers to ensure efficient operations
Generate monthly reports to analyze denial trends for each clinic
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Degree or Equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue cycle operations
Experience with EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory systems
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Intermediate customer service skills
