Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Build strong relationships with potential clients through warm and inviting interactions.
Needs Assessment : Identify and assess the insurance needs of clients, providing tailored advice to meet their requirements.
Sales Process : Guide prospective clients through the insurance purchasing process, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.
Product Knowledge : Maintain an in-depth understanding of insurance products and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Cross-selling : Recognize opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products that align with clients' needs.
Follow-up : Maintain diligence in following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs or questions.
Networking : Actively participate in community events and industry gatherings to expand your network and attract new clients.
Requirement
Licensing : Possession of a current Texas Property & Casualty License is preferred.
Hybrid Remote after in house training
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is advantageous.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
Client-Focused : A strong commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Remote Work Ability : Comfortable with hybrid work arrangements, ensuring productivity both at home and in the office.
Team Collaboration : Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
Tech Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
