Job descriptionJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the Colorado Bar 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Competitive Salary : $130K – $180K annually (based on experience) Billable Hours : 1700 minimum, bonus eligibility starting at 1920 hours Supportive, professional team with opportunities for growth Dynamic caseload and involvement in meaningful litigation work 1st Round : On-site interview with two Partners (30 mins each) 2nd Round (if needed) : Brief phone interview Denver, CO, US

Key Responsibilities :
- Handle a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members
- Collaborate with partners and support staff to ensure top-tier client service
