Responsibilities
Generate new business through lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and community
involvement
Sell and service personal and commercial insurance products
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Identify cross-selling opportunities and conduct coverage reviews
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Maintain accurate client records and sales activity
Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale
Requirement
Active Kansas Property & Casualty (P&C) License
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Professional appearance and demeanor
