Proactively identifying & acting on cross-sell opportunities. Commercial Insurance Client Management experience is mandatory, including working with clients & company underwriters, coverage detail & reviews with clients. Must be able to manage a workload with a team of experienced insurance professionals (i.e. certificates, billing, accord forms, renewals / remarkets, etc.) Ability to navigate & learn an agency management system (EZLynx). Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products.
