Insurance producer Jobs in Boise, ID

I am offering a job to work in a high performing insurance agency.

We offer all lines of insurance including home, auto, commercial, life, workers comp, health insurance and medicare plans.

This position also requires you to sell and it is not optional. Your goal is a minimum of $25,000 in premium per month. Some sales experience is required with data to show that you have been able to drive new business in the past. Sales is a skill we have found to be unnatural for many and we are looking for someone who thrives in an environment where chasing business and hitting your goal every month is enjoyable.

The job may also consist of servicing current clients and their needs. Taking payments, adding new policies, changing vehicles, emailing certs, assistance with billing and claims and answering insurance questions for clients and prospects.

We are also looking for someone who is invested in the growth of the agency by pursuing new business through cross-sales, outside marketing, referrals and call in business.

We seek someone who takes pride in helping current clients while giving unexpected service.
