Responsibilities

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site or hybrid role as a Producer at Farmers Insurance Marcos Franco Agency in Dallas, TX. The Producer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to insurance sales and customer service.

Requirements

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales and negotiation abilities

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

Previous experience in insurance sales or related field is a plus

Pay dependant on experience, willing to train and assist in licensing required for position.
