No license is required to start we'll pay you while you train to become a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. Responsibilities
- Make outbound telemarketing calls during designated call blocks.
- Use Hearsay texting to engage new leads.
- Conduct welcome calls 1-3 days before policies go active.
- Support service staff by assisting with calls as needed.
- Refer prospects or customers to the agency owner or licensed sales producers.
- Maintain relationships with professional partners through regular follow-ups and thank-you calls.
