High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Performers
We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. Ideal candidates are confident, effective communicators, and ready to follow proven systems without requiring hand-holding.
Who We Are NOT Looking For :
Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate financial relief.
Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads.
Agents who require constant supervision and guidance.
Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70 / month).
Uncoachable agents or those with a large ego who resist training.
Who We ARE Looking For :
Competent, articulate agents with strong communication skills.
Agents comfortable discussing high premium products; our average client pays over $250 / month.
Self-motivated agents ready to implement a proven system.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA). We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies.
All sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium.
We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
