Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Connect with existing policyholders, understanding their insurance requirements and offering customized solutions.
Call Management : Efficiently handle inbound calls, resolving inquiries, and providing appropriate insurance options.
Plan Development : Design and suggest personalized insurance plans based on client needs and preferences.
Cross-Selling : Identify and seize opportunities to enhance client portfolios by suggesting additional coverage or services.
Relationship Cultivation : Develop and maintain long-standing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty towards the agency.
Industry Awareness : Pursue continuous learning about insurance industry trends and regulations to offer informed advice.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Georgia Property & Casualty License is highly preferred.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related industry is recommended.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
Customer-Focused : A commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations with outstanding service.
Remote Work Skills : Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote environment, balancing both virtual and on-site responsibilities.
