The responsibilities of this role include :
- scheduling meetings with clients
- preparing options for clients needs
- conducting client meetings most often virtually
- closing sales and providing follow up with carriers and clients
- continously developing your knowledge and skills
- engagement in our meetings
- collaboration with other agents / mentors
- tracking business data and metrics
This role offers high compensation on a commission only basis. There is no guaranteed salary.
Income range : $80-$120k / yr Full Time / $40-80K / yr- Part-Time
1st yr compensation Part Time : 1-2 sales / wk $500-1k ($25-$50k / yr)
Average 3-5 sales / wk $1,500-$2500 ($75-$125k / yr)
Above Average : 6-8 sales / wk : $3-4k ($175-$220k / yr)
with significant growth in future years and ownership opportunities.
