This full-time position offers a competitive hourly salary based on experience, ranging from $30,000 to $50,000 per year, with a competitive commission structure and 401k! As an integral part of our agency, you'll provide exceptional service to our diverse client base and contribute to our growth and success.

- Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
- Follow up on warm leads provided from substantial marketing efforts by the agency for YOU!
- Address client objections and concerns to overcome barriers to close sales.
- Licensing Requirements : Candidate must have an active Property and Casualty License and Insurance Experience to be considered.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
