Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process dental insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure claims meet all necessary guidelines and requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental insurance and policies.
• Communicate with patients regarding their benefits and billing inquiries.
• Scheduling patient appointments and answering the phone.
• Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy

What to expect:

• Approximately 25 hrs per week.
• No weekends
• Set schedule with light flexibility
• Dental insurance provided after 120 days of work

Qualifications:

• 3+ years minimum experience in dental insurance or related field.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and coding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records.
• Must be a team player.
