Job Purpose / Description :

Collaborate closely with Management & Producers to orchestrate client activities effectively.

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt responses and communication with clients and carriers.

Maintain accurate client policy information within the management system (AMS360).

Serve as the primary point of contact for all service requests, ensuring swift resolutions.

Organize and maintain client files and records efficiently.

Lead the renewal and marketing process with strategic prowess.

Assist in presenting compelling renewal and new business proposals to clients.

Contribute to various special projects aimed at enhancing team and agency performance.

Mentor and supervise assistant account managers, guiding them through diverse tasks.
