Job description
A company is looking for an Intake Coordinator I to serve as a liaison between the organization and customers, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care.
Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on service benefits and manage intake calls in a high-volume environment
Coordinate the referral process and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation
Collaborate with nursing and customer support teams to address member needs and troubleshoot issues
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a medical setting
Experience with referrals and knowledge of medical terminology
Strong administrative and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal direction
Must have a designated distraction-free home office with a wired high-speed internet connection
