LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a dynamic Infusion Intake Coordinator to lead the intake process for home infusion and pharmacy services right here in Orange, CA. Help patients get the care they deserve while working in a fun and supportive environment!
What You’ll Do :
- Conduct patient assessments and gather essential medical info
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to secure prescriptions and medical orders
- Verify insurance coverage and manage prior authorizations
- Schedule home infusion services and ensure timely delivery of medications and supplies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Deliver top-notch customer service to patients and their families
- Work closely with our clinical team for seamless transitions of care
