Job descriptionAssess the viability of potential cases by gathering relevant details about the incident, injuries, and potential liability. Work closely with legal teams to provide comprehensive case summaries for evaluation. Accurately collect and document client information, including personal and incident-specific details . Ensure accuracy and completeness of information for case evaluation. Explain legal processes, expected timelines, and firm services to prospective clients. Address initial inquiries and set appropriate expectations for the legal process. Coordinate consultations between potential clients and attorneys. Manage the calendar to optimize attorney availability and efficiency. Input and maintain accurate client records in the firm's case management system. Regularly update client interaction notes to reflect current status. Perform timely follow-ups to collect additional info or answer client questions. Monitor and track leads to ensure consistent movement through the intake process. Prior experience in client intake or customer service (legal environment preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and professional demeanor when interacting with clients. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with personal injury law and legal processes is a plus. Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to intake volume, accuracy, and follow-up response time. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all client interactions. Support the firm's mission of providing outstanding legal service from the very first contact.
