The experts in this team are dedicated to delivering client centric solutions focused on Business Process Automation, Integration Strategy & Architecture, API management, and Cloud, Application, & Data Integrations.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple integration projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and progress reports with clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right skills are applied to project tasks.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Ensure that integration solutions are designed and implemented according to leading practices and client requirements.
  • Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of integration components.
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of integration solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
  • Resolve project-related issues and conflicts, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Stay updated with the latest integration technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery organization.
  • Lead internal initiatives such as the development of accelerators or documented integration perspectives (e.g., white papers, POV sales collateral) that can be leveraged for client pursuits and delivery work
  • Partner with sales and account leaders across Slalom teams to develop project approaches that include integration solution components

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in integration architecture, project management, and delivery.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale integration projects and leading project teams.
  • Proficiency with multiple integration platforms and middleware (e.g., Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft, Informatica, Microsoft Azure Integration Services, Apache Camel, Solace, APIGEE), Google Integration Services.
  • Strong understanding of API management, RESTful and SOAP web services, and message queuing.
  • Experience with cloud integration platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience working with different ERPs and knowledge of standard business processes.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in relevant integration technologies or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of enterprise service buses (ESBs) and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed
