Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Warfighter Integration Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to provide technical support to the MDA Chief Architect's Warfighter / International Integration office (MDA / CAI) in its mission as the single point of contact for wargame requirements development and analysis and to the Warfighter for all engineering and technical issues related to the missile defense system. The work is performed as part of an on-site contractor team at MDA facilities at the MDIOC on Schriever Space Force Base, CO.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Provide wargame and missile defense subject matter expertise to MDA / CAC in their role leading the development of MDA's wargame event requirements and post-wargame analysis and reporting.
• Assist CAC by providing practical wargame experience to shape the content of MDA's wargame walk-up events, table top exercises and capstone events.
• Provide expertise to CAC in wargame doctrine and best practices employed by the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands (CCMD), Services and Defense Agencies.
• Support CAC in conducting future missile defense system architectural analyses with international partners and warfighting CCMDs.
• Travel, to include international locations, may be required.

Salary Range : $110k - $140k
