As a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer at Enhance Health, you'll build and refine the data infrastructure and reporting needed to support new markets and strategic initiatives, build automations and put controls in place to improve and maintain data quality. We're looking for a candidate with deep technical expertise and strong business acumen. This role will be an on-site position, reporting to the Director of Analytics

Responsibilities :

• Build data infrastructure for new markets and strategic initiatives
• Develop tools and systems for refining data from external partners to ensure data quality
• Analyze data and bring recommendations to business partners
• Build Dashboards related to our data flows and ownership areas
• Design and maintain processes for identifying human-error in data
• Work in a team to design and implement data pipelines and machine learning models
• Transform raw data from multiple sources into combined datasets that will be used for a wide range of end-users

Required Qualifications :

3+ years of programming experience in SQL and Python or Java

3+ years of experience developing data pipelines and data modeling

1+ years of experience with cloud service providers (AWS, Snowflake)

1+ years of experience leading the technical direction of your projects

1+ years of experience in Tableau

Proficiency in data structures and algorithms

Desired Qualifications :

Experience working in a highly regulated industry

Experience developing an enterprise data warehouse spanning across multiple teams

Experience pulling data from Salesforce

Experience with Airflow, Jenkins, GitLab

Healthcare industry experience
