  • Drive innovation through the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI techniques into core workflows, with measurable improvements in automation, accuracy, or user value.
  • Ensure robust, scalable, and secure data pipelines and infrastructure are in place, meeting defined performance, availability, and governance standards across the data stack.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Domain Leadership (EHS, ESG, Chemical Safety), delivering quarterly reports and aligning data initiatives with company objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of six data professionals (data engineers, ML engineers, analytics engineers, and analysts) to deliver high-quality data solutions.
  • Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and supporting career growth across the team.
  • Define and execute the company-wide Data Intelligence Strategy, incorporating cutting-edge data engineering, analytics, and AI capabilities.
  • Promote and implement AI-driven innovation, including the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs), into product workflows for enhanced data extraction and automation.
  • Oversee the use of Elasticsearch for intelligent search, document retrieval, and unstructured data exploration in core initiatives.
  • Establish and enforce data governance, security, and compliance policies to maintain high standards of data integrity and trust.
  • Champion CI / CD and MLOps practices, ensuring 100% of deployed models follow automated and reproducible deployment standards.
  • Enforce high code quality through peer reviews and documentation standards, aiming for 90%+ compliance.
  • Ensure scalable and efficient data engineering architecture, optimizing data pipelines and storage infrastructure.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Business Intelligence to maximize the impact of data across all business domains.
  • Partner closely with the CPO, CTO, and domain VPs (EHS, ESG, Chemical Safety) to align strategic data initiatives.
  • Deliver quarterly stakeholder reports highlighting key data achievements, performance metrics, and business value.

What we're looking for :

  • 10+ years in Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI / ML roles , with 5+ years in leadership positions .
  • Experience in SaaS, Health & Safety, ESG, or Chemical Safety domains is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with DevOps, CI / CD, and MLOps pipelines.
  • Experience developing data products and related frameworks, including machine learning in production, data analytics and data platforms
  • Technical Skills :
