Roles & Responsibilities :

• A Mechanical Design Engineer with 6-9 years of experience is responsible for leading the design and development of complex mechanical systems and components. The role requires an individual who has a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and can apply this knowledge to real-world design problems. The engineer will lead cross-functional teams and be involved in all aspects of the design process from concept development to product launch.
• Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components to meet customer requirements.
• Use CAD (NX) software to create detailed drawings and specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies, trade studies, and prototyping activities.
• Analyze and evaluate designs for strength, durability, and performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, quality control, and suppliers.
• Support production, testing, and validation of prototypes and final products.
• Continuously improve design processes and methodologies.
• Stay current with industry standards and regulations.
• Mentor and train junior engineers.
