Job Description :

At Falewitch Construction Services / West Coast Prefab, we specialize in prefabricated CFMF interior and exterior panels, rough / finish carpentry work, metal stud framing, drywall, taping, acoustic ceilings, EIFS, fireproofing, and access floors. We are currently seeking a highly motivated interior / exterior systems BIM detailer to join our esteemed team. Candidates with experience in coordinating / collaborating on various commercial projects, including new construction and remodeling, are encouraged to apply. Required Job Duties :

• Create and distribute detailed 3D models, shop drawings, and plans.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and effective communication with clients, field workers, and office personnel. Willingness to assist with tasks on job sites and in the office.
• Collaborate closely with trade partners to ensure seamless information flow to our installation teams.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in construction technology.
• This role entails a diverse range of responsibilities and is ideal for individuals who thrive in collaborative environments.

Required Skills :

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the BIM Manager.
