Our Manufacturing Internship offers an exceptional opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of our industry and what it takes to lead teams / change in a fast paced and dynamic organization. This internship centers on our team's main focus : To identify and develop people leaders within Manufacturing and Operations.

Through business-critical projects, you will gain a working understanding of our industry and develop your professional skill sets, all while directly contributing to company growth. Expectations of the Manufacturing Internship : Our Interns work closely with our Operations leadership team, gain a thorough understanding of our departments and the career opportunities within each, all while working hands on contributing to and leading projects that directly impact company productivity.

The Internship Experience :

• 12-week summer internship from May 19th 2025 to August 9th 2025
• Professional development workshops and networking opportunities
• Social and philanthropic activities
• Work with a mentor to develop project plans, set goals, and receive continuous feedback
• Complete process improvement projects in assigned areas, including bottling productions, processing, distribution, and maintenance
• Develop and write standards for assigned processes
• End of summer project presentation
• Opportunity to earn a full-time position post-graduation
