Main duties include completing clerical and administrative duties, building social media campaigns and preparing promotional materials and presentations. This position provides the opportunity for a marketing intern to work in the office to gain knowledge vital to marketing and communications.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following, additional duties may be assigned :
Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media and web)
Assist with proposal response efforts from initial review, strategy development, production, and submittal.
Support the creation of marketing content
Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
Prepare promotional presentations
Help distribute marketing materials
Update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
Assist with the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing events
Maintain professional relationships with company employees, customers and so forth.
Utilize a courteous, enthusiastic, open-minded, critical approach to policies and procedures within the profession.
Relate and apply knowledge acquired in the academic setting to the company setting.
Develop self-awareness in regard to attitudes, values, behavior patterns, and so forth that influences work.
Prepare for and utilize conferences and other opportunities of learning afforded in the company.
Be consistent and punctual in the submission of all work assignments to the supervisor and faculty coordinator.
Ensures compliance with Manson's Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Conduct.
