Department
The Athlete Development Department supports the growth, well-being, and professional success of UFC athletes by providing resources, education, and hands-on support both in and out of competition. The team works closely with athletes, managers, and internal partners to coordinate appearances, sponsorships, and development initiatives. Through these efforts, the department helps strengthen UFC's reputation as a leader in athlete-focused programs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day communication between UFC athletes, managers, and internal staff
- Support the coordination and tracking of athlete appearances, sponsorships, and activations
- Help maintain internal records and messaging related to athlete activities
- Provide on-site support during UFC event weeks, including athlete appearances and activations (as applicable)
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of educational resources for athletes
- Support projects focused on athlete well-being and professional development
- Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends related to athlete development and performance
Qualifications
Program Details
We offer internship opportunities across IMG, On Location, Professional Bull Riders (PBR), TKO Corporate, UFC, and WWE. Locations include New York City, Atlanta, Austin, Raleigh, Dallas, Fort Worth, Las Vegas, and Stamford, CT. All internships are in the office and in-person, unless otherwise noted.
In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as welcome / farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops addressing everything from LinkedIn profile enhancement to resume building, interviewing skills, and networking.
Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the intern location.

Our program is designed for rising juniors, rising seniors, and those within six months of graduation from an undergraduate university, unless otherwise noted.
