Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and track performance in Sprout Social. Assist with planning, developing, and executing marketing initiatives. Support the team in branding, content creation, and social media strategy. Help coordinate marketing events, including logistics and supply management. Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and brainstorming sessions. Monitor and manage the Marketing email inbox. Enjoy milk + honey services while creating digital content. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools. Strong writing and editing skills. Creativity and a keen eye for design. Detail-oriented with excellent organization and multitasking abilities. Basic understanding of marketing principles and trends. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Ability to travel to milk + honey locations for occasional filming opportunities. Timely responses to emails / messages within 24 hours (by Monday for weekend emails). Utilize Google Chat, Google Mail, and Asana for communication and task management. Maintain milk + honey’s mission and values in all work. Complete assigned projects and contribute to team initiatives.
