Our Opportunity :
Chewy is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Auditor, Safety to join our organization and contribute to a safe and compliant work environment! The primary focus of this role is ensuring adherence to OSHA, NFPA, and ANSI safety standards within Chewy Operations. The Compliance Auditor will conduct safety audits, identify hazards, and recommend improvements to mitigate risks, reinforcing Chewy's commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do :
- Conduct regular and comprehensive safety audits in alignment with OSHA, NFPA, and ANSI standards, identifying potential hazards within Chewy Operations.
- Analyze findings to assess risks and implement effective corrective actions to improve workplace safety and minimize risk.
- Document safety protocols, incident reports, and audit findings accurately, ensuring transparency and detailed record-keeping.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to educate and empower employees on safety protocols, standard processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build systemic corrective actions into policy updates, maintaining compliance and reducing process drift across the organization.
- Stay up to date with evolving regulatory standards and company policies, applying knowledge to continually improve safety procedures and mitigate risks.
