The Administrative Assistant reports to the Vice President and International Operations Manager. The position is a non-exempt, hourly role and is located at 75 Valencia Ave. #801 Coral Gables, FL 33134.
GENERAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Administrative Assistant will assist with various administrative, clerical, and executive-level tasks. This person will work on specific projects and utilize policy and procedure in making almost all decisions. They need problem-solving skills and must be effective communicators. They must be adaptable to change and work well in stressful situations. To perform the job successfully, the employee must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Maintains executive's calendar and work schedule.
- Reviews emails and handles correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Prepares agendas and presentations.
- Reviews, prepares, and submits executive expense reports.
- Assists in prioritizing and organizing daily tasks.
- Screens visitors, phone calls, messages, emails, and physical mail.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Performs all other duties requested by the Executive Vice President, based on the needs of the business.
