Are you looking to drive international growth for an up and coming consumer brand? Do you get excited about operating and optimizing a business and making strategic business decisions? As a Senior Strategist on the International Business Management team, you will work on 1-2 of Balsam Hill’s growing international businesses. You will be responsible for contributing to and executing our International eCommerce Growth strategies and tactics, including pricing, business reviews, and data analysis. You will collaborate with a broad cross-functional team to plan and optimize business performance, including Marketing, Ecommerce, Operations, Inventory Planning and Customer Service. We are looking for an exceptional strategic thinker and collaborator.
This full-time position reports to the Senior Business Manager, International and is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in-office.
What you’ll do :
- Responsible for the continuous optimization of Balsam Brands’ regional or local business performance
- Pricing optimization : Execute on pricing plan, monitor business, inventory and website KPIs to optimize revenue, margin, and product sell-through, provide optimization and / or recommend improvement opportunities to teams
- Repricing & pricing upload process : implement the planned sales and promotions, ensure new prices go live on the website at scheduled time
- Business review : support manager in monitoring and reporting of business performance KPIs, perform analysis and make recommendations for financial & product performance, prepare slides, share analysis where appropriate
- Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams, some key relationships are highlighted below :
Merchandising : understand assortment strategy and execute, monitor and share performance results and insights for future planning

The base pay range for this position is : $99,000 to $124,000. Where an individual falls within that range will vary based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on candidate qualifications and experience, applicable skills, and other job-related factors. We benchmark our pay ranges against current external data sources and regularly review compensation for our team members.
