We are in search of an Inventory Clerk to join our team in Norwalk, Connecticut. In this role, you will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, including the management and tracking of incoming inventory, the facilitation of material handling, and the assistance in various assembly processes.

Responsibilities :

• Overseeing the distribution and receipt of inventory from various sources, such as manufacturers, customers, and vendors, using inventory management software
• Handling materials, picking and packing products for shipment to customers, taking into account specific packing requirements for different product lines
• Assisting with the inspection of incoming products to ensure they meet our quality standards
• Participating in the assembly and monitoring of inventory levels for marketing materials, survey materials, and product instruction packages
• Assisting with the assembly of packages for our devices as needed
• Conducting physical inventory counts and assisting with end-of-month inventory reconciliations
• Taking on additional tasks as assigned within the Operations Department
• Utilizing skills such as annual physical inventory, managing vendor relationships, and fulfillment processes to ensure smooth operation.
• Proficiency in conducting Annual Physical Inventory to maintain accurate stock levels
• Ability to effectively Manage Vendor Relationships, ensuring timely delivery and quality of goods
• Knowledge of managing Outgoing Mail Packages, ensuring they are sent to the correct destinations
• Understanding of Fulfillment Processes to ensure efficient and accurate order dispatching
