The Inventory Analyst is responsible for building, managing, auditing, and negotiating tour inventory of up to 50k + individual tour departures, including initial allotment build and wait-list management. Managing Shorex Repository, tour and operator information, and compliance requirement items. Promptly action itinerary changes by negotiating with vendors and adjusting inventory for new, changed, and / or canceled calls. Acts as Call Center point of contact for tour and port information requirements.
Scope :
This incumbent will need to identify distressed inventory whether due to wait-list or under performance and suggest content adjustments / cancellations as well as tour retail adjustments to drive volume. Closely working work guest service / call center and shipboard teams to amend bookings and communicate updates to guests and travel agents on changes and product-related information. Ensuring communication to guest, travel agents and internal departments is accurate and timely. Daily communication with tour operators updating allotments.

The pay for this role is $26-$28 an hour, paid every Friday.
