34 / hr-$36 / hr with the possibility of a temporary-to-permanent hire opportunity.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Analyst specializing in cycle counts to join our team. This pivotal role focuses primarily on supporting inventory accuracy through precise and regular cycle counts as well as assisting warehouse manager and logistics team during day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure inventory accuracy at warehouse by creating daily cycle count sheets and processing data entry
- Work with warehouse cycle count personnel and assist in counting inventory when required
- Utilize advanced Excel macros for streamlined data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to generate pick tickets and process delivery notes.
- Assist the Logistics Warehouse Coordinator in managing shipments via carriers like DHL, FedEx, etc.
- Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory and order records.
- Work on continuous process improvement for enhanced warehouse operations.
- Play a key role in developing and implementing efficient inventory control procedures.
- Review aging inventory for scrap / write off
- Review supplier inventory affidavits along with systematic movements to resolve inventory discrepancies.
