Due to recent growth and plans for further expansion, we’re looking for an Inventory Specialist to join our team!

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage inventory processes, ensuring timely shipments, inventory progression, and accurate daily updates.
• Reconcile accounts, analyze actual costs, and identify inaccuracies, including cost prediction and recording for raw materials, labor, and operations.
• Maintain relationships with mills and clients to ensure proper manufacturing and distribution while resolving any issues.
• Generate and send invoices, track damaged or incorrect inventory, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Order management and tracking.
• Update spreadsheets and key systems with transactional data, including expenses and sales revenues.
• Contact mills and reload facilities (phone / email) to collect Bill of Ladings (BOLs).
• Enter purchase orders and order confirmations into order management software.
• Process shipping invoices for payment.
