• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and root causes.

• Support inventory-related system upgrades, data migrations, and process automations.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide training and support to warehouse staff on inventory procedures and D365 F&O functionality.

• Assist in forecasting and demand planning by providing accurate inventory data.

• Continuously identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse inventory management or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or similar ERP, especially warehouse and inventory modules.

• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• Ability to lead and train warehouse staff in inventory processes and systems.

• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.

• Familiarity with compliance standards and audit requirements related to inventory.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficient knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies (e.g., 5S, PDCA, Process Mapping, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all organizational levels.

• Proficiency in data analysis software and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience working with VANs or middleware platforms in a hybrid cloud/on-prem environment.

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.

• Knowledge of ERP integration best practices and modern supply chain technologies.

• Minimum of 2 years in Lean methodologies, process improvement, operational excellence, or experience supporting new product/service launches.
