What You Will Do

As an Analyst on our Inventory Control team, you'll ensure transaction accuracy through manual data entry and intervention. You will be responsible for improving data integrity with internal and external partners and driving automation opportunities in NetSuite and reporting systems. If you love data, finding solutions for automation, and problem-solving, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accuracy at lot level across NetSuite (NS) and other reporting platforms at the lot level
• Support manual data entry of assemblies and transfers in ERP at lot level
• Assist as needed in month end close reconciliation activities and investigations
• Notify and communicate data variances with internal and external 3rd party partners
• Analyze and resolve data integrity variances in collaboration with Accounting.
• Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and analytics for inventory tracking.
• Partner with and support Systems team to implement process automation and improvements.
