Responsibilities:
· Manage and analyze stock portfolio to make buy/sell/hold recommendations, diversify, and enhance investment performance
· Study economic trends, evaluate historical performance of stocks, and prepare written reports to keep Family Office management informed
· Collect and interpret external company financial statements, price developments, currency adjustments and yield fluctuations to advise on investment strategy
· Create financial models utilizing forward-looking capital market expectations to produce portfolio earnings projections
· Perform due diligence reviews of current and future investments
· Build and present proposals for new investment opportunities
· Escalate any portfolio changes within Family Office
· Develop long-term financial planning options, as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related concentration/Master’s degree preferred
· 3-5 years of portfolio or investment management experience
· Proven mathematical skills and financial acumen to evaluate investments
· Superior technical/analytical skills for modeling data and processing information
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with strong presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Well-developed organizational skills, flexible and ability to multi-task
- Self-starter and able to work independently, while also possessing the ability to collaborate in a team environment
- CFA, FINRA Series 7 and 66 preferred
