Strong academic background, preferably from a top-tier institution. Advanced financial modeling skills. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, video conferencing software).
A leading private equity firm is seeking a highly motivated Associate to support its investment team. Focused on sectors including telecom services, industrials, government services, and business services (including payments), the firm prioritizes long-term investment strategies and value creation. This role offers significant exposure to deal execution, financial modeling, and investment strategy within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Location : Onsite in Los Angeles, CA (90266)
Compensation : Competitive market base salary + 50% bonus potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.
- Source investment opportunities through industry networking and market analysis.
- Draft investment memos and assist in communications with stakeholders.
- Support senior investment professionals in executing and managing transactions.
- Deliver accurate financial models and compelling investment analyses.
- Proactively identify and qualify new investment opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with lenders, equity partners, and portfolio stakeholders.
