JOB SUMMARY

As an Investment Associate at SoLa Impact, you will be a key player in advancing our mission to deliver high-quality, affordable housing in historically underserved communities. This role blends financial acumen with a deep commitment to social impact. You’ll lead in-depth financial analyses, support investment strategy development, and conduct due diligence to inform high-stakes decisions across our portfolio.

Working closely with our Investments team, as well as directly supporting our Founder and Co-Founder, you will help shape investment recommendations that empower our asset management and development teams to execute with excellence and scale our impact.

• PAY RATE : $100,000-$115,000 PER YEAR
