Job Overview : The Sr. Investment Analyst plays a crucial role within our client's organization by collaborating with 4S Leadership and Retirement Solutions on all investment solutions research and analysis. This position is vital for executing the 4S investment process, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's operations, and driving the development of future investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage a program to ensure all elements meet business requirements efficiently.

Oversee all phases of various projects from envisioning through deployment.

Identify potential process improvements, recommend solutions, and implement them to enhance departmental efficiency.

Coach, mentor, and motivate team members.

Complete investment analysis for 4S investment solutions, including fund lineups, model portfolio / asset allocation tools, and glidepaths.

Conduct research, analysis, and provide thought leadership on potential future investment solutions, contributing to the 4S product roadmap.

Provide training and enablement for 4S staff on investment solutions, tools, the economy, and capital markets.

Partner with the Investment Operations team to support investment-related process creation and maintenance.

Collaborate with the CX / Marketing team on the production and maintenance of economic and investment-related content. Requirements include :

Education :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience :

Demonstrated experience in investment analysis and research.

Experience in managing and executing investment processes. Skills :

Highly developed qualitative and / or quantitative skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Certifications :

Relevant certifications in finance or investment analysis are a plus. Knowledge :

In-depth understanding of investment solutions, the economy, and capital markets. Key Competencies :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High level of attention to detail.

Ability to analyze various situations and develop creative solutions.

Adaptability to changes in a fast-paced, team environment.

Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively across various tasks. Additional Information :
