Who We Are Seeking For This Role : We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Investment Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced financial environment. This person will support Financial Advisors with client communications, portfolio administration, and account management. Strong communication skills, accuracy, and a proactive mindset are essential, as is a genuine interest in finance and client service.
As An Investment Assistant, You Are Responsible For :
- Ensuring company service standards are continually achieved in area of responsibility
- Performing clerical and administrative duties to support the departments sales and service function
- Addressing customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally
- Processing customer files, general correspondence, and other related transactions
- Scheduling appointments scheduling for brokers
- Accurately processing checks and securities
- Facilitating reviews of current client accounts
Other Functions :
Education and Experience : High School diploma required, with some business-related college courses preferred. One to three years financial industry related experience, with Serie 6 or SIE license strongly preferred.
