Review current technology (hardware and software) used for managing agency records and recommend any changes needed to address inefficiencies, maintenance issues, scalability, recoverability, and security risk including :
- o Agency scanning capability;
- o Document repository and indexing;
- o Identify all methods of document creation and acquisition;
- o Integration of other systems;
- o Searching, retrieving and sharing records both internal and external;
- o Tracking document lifecycle for both electronic and physical records;
- Participate in all data gathering sessions;
- Provide a gap analysis of current technology to future needs;
Estimate cost and effort of future state.
Expertise and / or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory :
Knowledge of document management systems, experience with data entry, file organization, and familiarity with relevant compliance regulations,
Expertise and / or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory :
Experience with Office of Technology (OTS) Enterprise Architecture is desired.
