Results-driven AVP, DC Investment Solutions Consultant with over 10 years of experience delivering strategic investment insights and solutions to clients. Adept at positioning tailored investment strategies that align with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and market conditions. Proven ability to build strong, consultative relationships with plan sponsors, advisors, consultants and internal stakeholders to drive growth and retention opportunities across emerging, mid, large, and government market segments. Serves as a primary investment contact for new business and existing clients.
Assess and evaluate client investment needs, monitor performance, and propose optimal investment solutions.
Pursue cross-sell investment initiatives and expand the share of Voya Investment Solutions within existing client base and with new prospects and clients.
Provide clients, prospects, advisors and consultants with ongoing investment support and updates on specific investment strategies to include philosophy, process and performance, financial market commentary, and economic trends and insights.
Participate in client investment reviews at quarterly / bi-annual and annual meetings.
Provide education on key topics / themes to assist clients with making informed decisions
Participate in sales process as needed engage in new business efforts such as due diligence presentations, and consultant meetings.
Partner with internal constituents and participate in strategy calls with Sales, Sales Support, RFP Specialists, Product, and other SMEs as needed for specific product positioning support
Participate in investment strategy meetings with Portfolio Management teams.
Create and maintain investment information reports for assigned clients in market segments.
Responsible for handling time sensitive complex client requests and assessing appropriate investment solutions.
Provide insights into the development of new products and services.
Other duties as assigned.
Travel up to 20%
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
MBA and / or Chartered Financial Analyst, and advanced professional degree highly desirable.
10+ years of investment experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products : Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Experience with MPI Stylus, MorningStar Direct, and Salesforce are preferred.
Ability to work in a fast paced and evolving environment with a team as well as independent contributor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively manage large meetings and deliver presentations.
Proven, in-depth industry knowledge and working knowledge of project management and marketing communications.
Licensure Requirements : FINRA Series 6 and 63. Series 7 preferred.

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.
The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and / or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
