Our client, a boutique private equity firm specializing in retail real estate investments , is seeking an Investment Manager to play a key role in acquisitions and asset management. This role is 70% focused on acquisitions and 30% on asset management , offering a dynamic opportunity to source, underwrite, and manage assets across the firm’s portfolio of commercial assets (industrial, retail, office and mixed-use).
Responsibilities :
- Lead deal sourcing, underwriting, and due diligence for acquisitions.
- Conduct financial modeling and market analysis to assess investment opportunities.
- Negotiate LOIs, purchase agreements, and debt financing terms.
- Assist in structuring joint ventures and capital partnerships.
- Oversee business plan execution for existing assets, including leasing strategies and capital improvements.
- Monitor asset performance, prepare investor reports, and optimize portfolio returns.
- Collaborate with property management and leasing teams to maximize NOI.
