Job Summary
The Regional Hybrid Investment Consultant (RHIC) is responsible for sales of Thrivent Mutual Funds, Managed Portfolios, and ETFs. Position will provide field sales coverage within assigned territory as well as assist in some national assignments to Financial and lnvestment Representatives.
The RHIC is an external hybrid mutual fund wholesaling position. RHICs proactively interact with Financial Representatives through both in field meetings through external rotations, as well as telephone, email and virtual presentations to position Thrivent Mutual Funds, Managed Portfolio, and ETFs in client investment strategies. They achieve this by mastering and utilizing extensive product knowledge, competitive positioning, sales process skills and case consultation skills. RHICs are responsible for addressing advanced planning topics where Thrivent products are utilized. RHICs work with Financial Representatives from their assigned territory and back-up for national sales support when needed. This individual will also be responsible for developing and successfully executing upon a business plan, managing the territory and understanding the greatest opportunities for Thrivent Funds.
RHICs provide sales and sales support to Financial and Investment Representatives within all channels Thrivent Distributors has access and selling agreements contracts.
- Total compensation consists of an annual salary, quarterly performance-based bonuses, and monthly variable compensation for a target comp range of $180K to $194K

The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $58,196.00 - $78,735.00 per year, which factors in various geographic regions.
