Requirements :

B.A. degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime. Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management. Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department.

Job Description –

• Develop plans, schedules, and requirements for deploying systems.
• Must be able to design and develop custom programs to aid in systems management.
• Monitor, maintain, and execute automation processes and procedures.
• Manage the equipment that handles switching, routing, and in some cases perimeter devices (firewalls).
• Ensure all the IT systems that support the business function efficiently.
• Support and develop specific platforms and concentrate on unifying communications, messaging, and identity toward a seamless user experience.
• Provide high quality, responsive and consistent resolutions to IT incidents.
• Improved system efficiency.
• Support and maintenance of server infrastructure.
• Technical de-bugging.
• Dealing with email security, archiving and cleansing services.
• Maintaining knowledge of current and future information security threats and challenges.
• Work closely with other Operations teams and vendors to ensure there is a coordinated approach to infrastructure support.
• Testing, imaging and deployment of new mobile devices.
• Provide expertise and support in security engineering, incident response and risk management.
